IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (b) and (h) of the Plant Protection Act, the Minister for Agriculture makes the following Rules:-
THE PLANT PROTECTION (FEES AND CHARGES) RULES, 2009
1. These Rules may be cited as the Plant Protection (Fees and Charges) Rules, 2009
2. The fees and charges for services rendered by the Kenya Plant Health Inspectorate Services shall be as specified in the schedule to these Rules.
3. Legal Notice No. 12 of 2000 is revoked.
