THE SEEDS AND PLANT VARIETIES ACT
(Cap. 326)

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Section 3 (h) of the Seeds and Plant Varieties Act, the Minister for Agriculture makes the following Regulations:-
THE SEEDS AND PLANT VARIETIES (SEEDS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2009
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Seeds and Plant Varieties (Seeds) (Amendment) Regulations, 2009.
2.The Seeds and Plant Varieties (Seeds) Regulations are amended by deleting the Fifth Schedule and substituting therefore the following new Schedule.
